Well, I promise I posted all my info from the weekend yesterday, but it doesn't seem to be showing up...I dunno what's up! I don't have time to re-type all that now, but I promise I exercised! ;) I also made a note that I do the same thing with the meditation podcasts, Meghann, but usually when I'm on the metro or doing a routine protocol at work or cleaning the yoga studio; I need a little more pep when I work out! It definitely is nice though, and I like to think it helps even if I'm not actually meditating ;)
Anyway, this morning I ran for 30 min with alternating 1 min moderate and 1 min fast intervals, and then had to stop and row for 10 min because I was bleeding all over my new tennis shoes...so much for taking them back. :( I think I'll try the "Prepare for Wheel" practice this evening, since Wheel has always been such a challenge for me: we'll see how it goes!
