Hello!
Today I ran for 30 min with alternating speed and hill intervals and then did 30 min of arm-focused strength training. My joints and back all hate me lately...I was really hoping new tennis shoes would help, but I'll have to wait until my blisters heal to try them out again...I'm really bummed to have bought a new pair of shoes that disagree with my feet so much! :(
Tried a pretty tasty WW recipe last night: Maple-flavored Butternut Squash Crisp. I emailed the link to both of you if you want to give it a try. I suggest using 2 cups of cranberries and maybe adding a little sugar/stevia if the tartness of cranberries is a little much for you. I also skipped the butter on the bread crumbs and roasted the b-nut squash with some nutmeg and cloves.
Remind me to tell you guys about the free yoga practice podcasts on iTunes: I keep meaning to when Meg says she wishes the 21 day challenge practices would stay up!
