Rode my bike this morning for an hour at a steady pace. Sweat like a crazy person which I thought was odd. Normally I mess around with sprints, and hills and sweat. But I kept a really steady pace (within a 5 beat heart rate range) for the entire hour. I was one sweaty little girl. It was nice too b/c I read while I rode. Normally, I'm too challenged to multi-task like that, but it kept me from being bored and helped me stay at a steady pace. Think the heart rate monitor said I burned about 450 calories, but I'm being lazy and leaving the heart rate monitor upstairs instead of going to get it.
Also wogged the dog this morning. He wasn't so lucky tonight though.
Plan on doing strength training tomorrow morning - writing that so I'm accountable and must report tomorrow. Somehow, I always find something else to do than strength work outs.

ReplyDeleteMeaning that I aim to keep my heart rate at something like 145. But I'm okay if it goes up to 150 or down to 140. It's rare that I can do antything at a 145 heart rate. I go from a resting rate of 70-90 up to 160 in a blink of an eye.
