MRG 2.28

Apparently I fell of the face of the earth for a few days and just didn't realize it!  Amazing how that happens!!!

Don't remember what I did on Friday, but I did something.  Saturday I skied and about died when we went down a run with moguls.  Those bad boy just knocked everything out of me...  Sunday we hiked with kids and dog - about 3 miles.

Today I did the bike.  Rode for 55 minutes.  Ave heart rate 140, max 161.  409 calories burned.  Did a little playing around initially - sprinted on the chorus of Pat Benatar song, climbed during ACDC song, etc.  Then did about 40 min at a constant pace.  I'm still amazed at how much I sweat when I keep the pace constant versus sprint / climb combos.  Also wogged the dog for about 15 min this morning.  Walked him with the kids this afternoon - but he's obnoxious these days.  He squealed the entire way today and nearly lost his life!!!

Kind of want to swim tomorrow morning as they added more swims and included some early morning ones, but I'm going to wait.  Need to get Sierra (new nanny) all situated before I start disappearing.  So, I'm going to do some strength training.
