I'm being a good girl and making my post before I can find some excuse to run off to something else. I ran for 30 min on the treadmill this morning, doing speed intervals and then drills (high knees, butt kicks, side hops). I'm going to teaching training soon and I think we're doing one short physical practice today (it's a "joint-freeing" series, which I don't know much about but I think is therapeutically focused. I'm excited to see what I can learn!) and then I'm going to knock out my required class for the week from 5-6:15 before cleaning -- a level 1.5-2.5 power flow class.
Mom, I'm no expert on the whole heart rate thing, but that actually looks like you're doing pretty well, with lots of time in the moderate and high activity ranges! I do know, however, that my monitor often lies (like saying my HR is 42 when I'm sprinting...), so depending on how well yours works for you, it may or may not be entirely accurate...
