Check out this site - http://home.trainingpeaks.com/ - I'm using it as part of this Tri club thing, but it appears to be free. You can add workouts, meals, etc and track the status of your training / nutrition. Just signed up today so I haven't done anything with it yet, but it looks cool. More than anything I think it'll be good to see overall improvement in workouts. Often we do something for so long, we don't actually realize that we've gotten faster or built up endurane.
The nutrition part is insteresting, but appears to be a little cumbersome. Anyway thought it was kind of fun.
