RLT 2/11

Morning,

Well I was going to do resistance bands today, but really needed the "mind calming" of yoga. So I did 75 min. of yoga. I have to say that I am becoming more flexible. HOWEVER, I still have a long way to go, but now I can touch the floor which is further than my knees and toes:)

Caitlyn have a fun party and I know you will do fine. Raw stuff, hmmm might be different. Let me know.

Love you both oodles and miss you too.
