Was feeling a little tight this morning and hadn't convinced myself what workout I wanted to do when I went to bed, which is always bad. But I did get up and do the neck and shoulder yoga from the 21 day challenge. Think that was a good choice b/c I needed to really work out some of the kinks from swimming. Think I'll have to make sure I still see my chiro regularly too as I'm training.
Wogged the dog tonight too.

We've got a busy weekend this weekend, and Tanner was sick today - so I'm not sure how much I'm going to do with workouts, but we'll see.
