Morning all,
Today I wore my heart rate monitor watch (thanks Meghann for reminding me that I had one). It was enlightning. First of all I did the treadmill with 10 min warm up 15 min of 30 sec. sprints (at 6.1-6.2) and a 1 min cool down (4.2-4.1) Then a 5 min cool down.
Here is what my monitor said. Max HR 171, Avg HR 131 Heart Rate Zone: light 6:28, Moderate: 4:59, Hard: 17:26 Exercise time in zone (130-145, 9:58min) I am not sure where I should be so I thought maybe you both could comment ok
Going to a fancy dinner tonight with the Petroliance bosses. Maybe I should go exercise until we leave tonight. Nah.. maybe not.
