Did an arm and shoulder workout from my P90X stuff today. Trying to be careful with this b/c I truly think that I overdid it when I was in full P90x mode and thats how my neck went snap! So I'm lowering the weight and uping the reps which is better from a toning perspective anyway.
Also did 3/4 of the ab routine from P90x - just ran out of time and didn't finish it. By far, it's one of the hardest ab workouts I've done, but it shows results. So I'm giong to try and incorporate it more.
No Buster wog this morning since he's just a wimp. But I should be able to get him out this weekend as it's supposed to warm up nicely.
