MRG 3.31

I was a total bum yesterday.  Planned on getting up and doing yoga which I desparately needed to work out the tension in my shoulders, neck and back from swimming, but I decided sleep sounded like a much better plan!

Today I went swimming.  First time that I've doubled up on the swimming in a week since the last time that I trained for a tri.  Although it's sometimes hard for me to get up and actually get to the swimming part, I love doing it.  Not only is it a cardio workout - but I feel like I've done a strength workout.

8x50 descending 1-4; 5-8  Each set of 4 gets faster.  I didn't really get much faster.  Pretty much 1 min / 50.
