Hi! Sounds like you've had a good couple of days of work-outs Meghann: youre gonna be so buff ;) yesterday was teacher training: I was kinda sore from saturday's super intense ashtanga practice (which I loved!) We did some light practice, teaching each other ( was that ever an adventure: way more emotional than I thought-i cried after I finished my turn!). Then I went to two classes back to back before cleaning: a restorative class and then a level 1-2 flow class, both of which were real challenges (but very good for taking the ego) for me given their comparative physical ease. Man, this teacher training is really ripping me open (in a good way) and rebuilding me emotionally, its crazy...
Mom, remind me to tell you about my breakfast sandwuch idea for you. Love and miss you both more than words can say!

Forgot to say I also ran for 40 min with speed intervals on sun morning. Today I ran for 30 min with sprints and drills, rowed for 10, and did about 20 min of legs ;)
