Cct update

hi there sorry it's been forever...today i did about an hour and forty min of yoga, it was lovely :) yesterday i only had time to run 35 min with three part intervals. Monday i ran for 25 min, walked for 15 i think, and did 30 min strength training (a workout from Shape Mag using your own body weight as resistance). miss you tons! Can't wait for Mom to move and get back on this blog: I miss having an extra voice around! Love you :)
