Caitlyn - I'm so glad you had a good session with teacher trainings this weekend! It sounds like it's becoming a good thing for you and you're finding a bit of balance with it all. I can't wait to see how it all is developing for you.
I rode the bike this morning and boy was that a chore! Normally, I will experience a lack of desire to get going on a specific workout, but once I get started I'm fine. Today, not so much! I kept stopping and then yelling at myself (yelling in quotes, b/c it was more of a motivational, coach kind of yell) to keep going. I managed to get through 50 minutes. Did some hills and sprints (very few) and then went for the constant pace. Finally got my book out to distract myself and get through the work out. Burned about 350 calories. Ave heart rate 135 and max at 168. Was in the zone for 40+ minutes.
Wogged Busterthis morning for a very short time this morning and then the kids and I walked him tonight.
Was planning on swimming tomorrow morning, but I'm going to skip that so that I can help get the kids ready since Ziggy is out of commission. So I'm not sure what I'm going to end up doing. Won't be able to run since it's snowing out and rode today. Would like to do a strength workout, but that didn't go over so well last time. have to talk to the Chiro about that. So, maybe Yoga it is. That should be good for me b/c my legs have been tight and shoulder / neck too.
