Morning to both of you,
First of all Caitlyn I get such a kick out of you. Working out for almost 1 1/2 hours and then needing to do 1 more hour and worried about cardio.
Meghann you too are doing amazing with all of your workouts. Running, swimming, strength training, and dealing with Buster too...wow!
Then there is me, struggling to get 30 min. I guess I should try to do more, time not the issue, just pooped after 30 min. Geez what is this all about?
Today I did 30 min of the gym ball. Lots of core work and toning in that one.
