Cct 3/2

Good morning! Today I ran for 25 minutes with longer intervals 3 min moderate, 1 min hills, 1 min sprint, repeat. Then 25 min leg exercises plus stretching. Got an hour plus of yoga to do tonight, yesterday's practice took an hour and a half! and I didn't work out an hour and half, mom, it was only 30 min! ;)
