Kind of fell of the exercise bandwagon this weekend. Stayed home with the kids on Friday and we went to the museum - so that was a lot of walking - not strenuous, but still the whole musuem thing is exhausting between walking around and being on constant alert with the kids.
Couldn't get my self motivated to run or anything on Sat or Sun. Just not one of those weekends. We did take the kids up to the park yesterday and played soccer with them. So that was fun.
Did the bike this morning. Focused on two pyramids - one was sprints and one was hills. 1:03. 495 calories, Max HR 174, Ave HR 143.
Pending no natural disasters - I plan on swimming tomorrow and am looking forward to trying some new things that I read about in an article on swimming.
