CCT April Fools' Day!

Hey there! Happy Friday! Guess what: we all have bum days--I know I for one have been really struggling to be productive after work this week! I'm hitting burn-out HARDCORE on this yoga thing, and of course I'm beating myself up about not being 100% super-productive every single moment...but I just have to remind myself to chill out and not expect more than is truly reasonable from myself! (easier said than done!) Today I ran for 30 min with sprints and drills, and then I'm going to what is apparently a super-intense flow 2-3 class tonight...I'll let you know if I survive! Unfortunately I don't have a scanner at home :( But try checking out Shape.com: they have tons of free workouts and plenty of them are equipment-free! Sorry I'm not more helpful here...
