MRG 4.2 and 4.4

Was a true Colorado weekend here - was 82 and sunn on Saturday and then 32 and snowy yesterday.  Only got a couple of inches...

Saturday we took the kids 'real' mountain biking.  It was the first time we took them out on singletrack with the pull behind bikes.  It ws fun but hard!!  Partly because of the added weight, but mostly b/c of the balance and figuring out when / how the bike behind me would react.  Didn't wear my heart rate monitor, but we did about 6 miles.

This morning I rode on my trainer.  Did about 50 minutes.  Did 5 - 1 minute sprints with 1 minute of recovery in between.  Heart rate would spike to 160 then fall to 135 on recovery.  Did 5 - 1 minute climbs with 1 minute recoveries.   Heart rate would spike to about 150 then recover to 135ish.  Then did 4 alternating 1 minute drills - 1 sprint, recover, 1 hill, recover.  381 calories, Max HR 166, Ave HR 140.
