MRG 4.11 and 4.12

So my weekend was useless in the sense of a 'traditional workout', but I think that's probably going to be more of the norm.  We did go to the Taekwando thing with the kids and it turns out that we're going to be doing Taekwando with them 2 days a week and I'm strangely excited about it.  We did a little mini-class during the orientation and it was fun to move in a different way. 

Did the bike yesterday morning.  Rode for 59:21.  Burend 456 Cal, Max HR 177, Ave HR 142.  Did and alternating pyramids.  So I did sprint, recover, hill recover for the different intervals.

Today I swam for 1:04:43.  460 calories, Max HR 160, Ave HR 137.  Did about 2500. 
150 each - S, K, P, S
8x50 - drills - punch, catch up, alternate breathing
400 - steady and strong
4x100 - descending on each lap
5x50 - descending on the sets

Plan on doing strength tomorrow - or maybe yoga.  Not sure.  Haven't done anymore Elsie just haven't fit it in there.
