RLT 1/25

Morning,

I am really liking this post. Meghann I hear you loud and clear about not sweating, however I really notice some aches etc after yoga. Not bad, just different.

Last night I had to bengay my left side of my back. Super sore, think maybe from a postion that Jason had us do on Sun. I could barely move today. Dad massaged my back before work and that helped a little. Wanted to jog on treadmill, but NO WAY!! Instead I did the Patrica Wallen 75 minute yoga. I still hurt but am more open. After my post I intend to take a nice hot shower.

Last night I made CCT's Moroccan Tofu Tagine with Jeweled Couscous. It was AMAZING!!! Kid you not, it was sooo good! Meghann you have got to try it. If the family won't do tofu, maybe use chicken for them. You won't be disappointed. YUMMY!

Snacks are the problem with me too. If I have a bit of a down moment, my body yells fooooood. Am trying to incorporate fruit, but my taste buds want salt or sweet. By the way I cut my first pineapple this weekend. (Took a few too many years huh?)

Caitlyn, will get the stuff for those pancakes in a few days and intend to try that recipe. I sure need to eat protein in the AM and healthy elevensees.
