This is really cool, I like the idea a lot! I will try to figure out how to post via text so that I can put my exercise on this blog everyday instead of sending multiple texts to everyone. This should be a cool way to all stay connected even when we're on opposite sides of the country :) I think it would also be fun to post fun recipe ideas that we try out on here: I'll start by posting this fantastic Moroccan dish I made last night (only 8 points for those of us WeightWatchering!): check it out! That recipe looks yummy, I've made a couple recipes from that site that are pretty good. Got them off the yoga thing. Ill post links later - one was a amoothy with granola and one was a breakfast bar that I use as a treat.
