CCT 1/24/11

Hi!
Today I ran for 30 min with 3-part speed intervals, biked for 15 min with random hills, and did 30-35 min of core stabilization/strength exercises plus stretching :)

  1. When you do the running intervals - is it all on the treadmill? I know in my head i should do intervals, but I can't make them a reality without a treadmill program...
