Hi,
A bit late posting. Today I jogged on the treadmill for 30 min at 4.2 mph and incline of 1.5. This evening I shoveled about 5" of snow, only was supposed to be a dusting. That took me about 40 min.
Meghann hope Tanner is better. Didn't know that he was sick. Will be looking forward to hearing about all the yummy receipes.
Caitlyn hope to try the unusual pancakes either tomorrow or this weekend. Will let you know what I think.
