Hello all!
Today I ran for 30 min, starting by alternating 1 min at moderate pace with one min of either sprinting or running uphill at a slightly slower pace. Then I switched to alternating moderate pace with one min of high knees, butt kicks or side jumps. Keeps it interesting and fun! Went to an Alignment (Iyengar) class at the studio before cleaning tonight.
