Just realized I haven't posted my stuff in a couple days, sorry! Let's see what I can remember:
Today I ran for 25 min with alternating hills and speed intervals, biked for 12 min with random hills, and did 25 min of leg-focused weight training.
Yesterday I ran for 40 min at a constant pace (6.9-7 mph) and did about 30 min of full body weight training.
Wednesday I ran for 25 min in the morning (speed intervals, I think) and then did about an hour of yoga in the evening (my class was canceled)...heart wasn't really in it, unfortunately, probably cause my tummy was growling so much.
