MRG 1.28

Got my double dog wog in today for the first time in a few days.   As much as it can be a challenge to convince myself to get out and walk them after dinner, dishes, homework, etc.  I really do feel better when I get out and walk after dinner.  I'm sure it's mostly psycological, but it makes me feel like it makes my food digest faster or something...

Morning wog was only about 15 minutes, tonight I did 30 minutes and thoroughly enjoyed the mild weather and starry, starry sky. I listened to a portion of a meditation podcast which has some really beautiful music, chanting, etc.  It's kind of nice to have a brisk walk while also calming the inner spirit listening to the music and voices.

This morning I did the yoga from Jason about getting into wheel.  I liked it, but some how tweaked my right quad a little.  Don't know when it happened, but I could feel it throughout the day today.  Nothing terrible.  Only a couple more days of the yoga challenge left, but i hope they leave the videos up b/c I am enjoying it.  Now to figure out a balance between running, swimming, riding, strength training, and yogay stuff.  If I could get paid to train then I'd be able to get it all done!
