Working from home today so I slept in a little bit and just finished the Fun Flow Yoga routine which took me over an hour since I had to pause lots for Tanner. Also wogged the dogs - very short one. I had to fit in between Ziggy getting up and having to get Rylie to school. Will take them for a longer wog tonight, hopefully.
I must say stop and go yoga is a whole different expeirence, but it was interesting to feel the difference of one side of my body as I sat with Tanner when I got interrupted having only done half of the body...
Picked up a magazine from Sunflower yesterday that seemed to have some interesting recipes in it. I'll read through and share if I find anything good.
