Thought this would be a fun tool to help all of us track our fitness. I know Caitlyn texts her activities and such but this is a way we call all touch base. Figured we could use it to track our activities, challenges, share recipes, seek out motivation, and share tricks and tips.
We can post directly on the blog - by logging in. You can also post via email - zigmeg0706.fitness@blogger.com. There is even a texting option. Check out the settings tab, if you're interested in that.
My goal is to at least log in my daily activities (or lack there of, in some cases). But at least there will be a record and some 'accountability'. Happy blogging and fitnessing!

ReplyDeleteToday I shoveled snow for 30 minutes (I know you wish it was you). Then I jogged on the treadmill for 30 min at 4.4 to 4.5 at an incline of 1.5. I followed that with some arm weights.
