RLT 5/5/

Happy Cinco de Mayo,

Well decided that I better truly get back into the swing of exercising, none of this a little here a little there. Not easy for me.

Today I got on the treadmill, because that keeps me consistent. I did 5 min of warm up and then twenty minutes of run for 2 min at 4.8 and walk for 2 min at 4.2. Then I did 5 mins. of cool down. I burned 179 calories at 40% fat. Max. heart rate 159, Ave. heart rate 124.

Hopefully I will get better. Hey, Kitty, did you notice that I did indeed get my heartrate up?
