It was a swimming day today. Swam for 1:05. 420 calories at 50% fat burn. Ave HR 129, Max HR 149. Seemed like my HR spiked a little bit more today, but the pool was crowded today. That makes it feel more open watery in terms of the waviness, which is good practice. Plus I kept getting in a pattern with others around me and then wasn't swimming necessarily to my breath but more trying to keep pace. Again good practice.
