My turn to catch up a little. Didn't end up working out on Wednesday. I was just too tired. I actually got up, put my contacts in, got in my workout clothes and then decided I was too tired and ended up taking out my contacts and going back to bed for an hour!
Swam this morning. Swam a total of 2650 which is 1.5 miles. It's the farthest I've swum. Forgot my heart rate monitor so I just swam.
150 each of swim, kick, pull, swim
4 x 100 drills and IM - catch up, single arm swim and punch, plus one IM

50 cool down
