Good morning,
Sat morning: ran for 25-30 min at a constant pace before heading off to my GRE mega-session
Sun: 30 min on the elliptical cause my tummy hurt, than about 30 of fairly easy strength training. Acro in the afternoon.
Today: went for a nice 50 min run outside on a beautiful little trail near the apt where I'm house/cat-sitting. I'll probably do a backbending practice for about 30 min after work to try and open up and turn over a new leaf, again.
