Ran this morning. It was a little chilly, but it looks like it's going to get warmer each day - which is exciting. Can't wait to get out on my bike outside!
Ran for 46:17. 353 Calories, Max HR 158, Ave HR 141. Worked at a 45% fat burn rate. 7000+ steps.
I've noticed that my HR has gotten better. Usually when I run I spike up pretty high, but I think the swimming with ambidextrous breathing has really helped my lung capacity and is helping to keep the HR down.
Swim tomorrow.
