CCT Update

Hi there,
Sorry I've been invisible lately. Tuesday I didn't do anything, laid around in bed. Wed and Thursday were gym days (the usual running, then walking or biking, then weight training -- Wed total body, Thurs core). Today I ran for 25 min in the morning with hill intervals, and then I'm going to my Friday night ritual yoga class.

Thanks ever so much for sending the yucky weather our way...no snow, but rain forecasted for the next week straight, blecchhh. Hope you're both having a lovely Friday! Love and miss you! :)
