So I swam this morning and sorta kinda started getting the feel for pulling properly. I still have a long way to go, but I had a few moments where it just felt right! So that was good. Now I just have to replicate. I think if I can start swimming about 3 days a week I'll get better and stronger. It seems like I just start to get the hang of something with the swimming on a Wednesday and then I'm off until Monday so I lose it. Plus now that the seasons are changing I'll be hard pressed to be able to ride and run as early in the morning. So swimming more will be good.
The other girl I swim with, Jen, is swimming about 3 days a week. It seems to be working for her.
I was going to try to go to track today, but was pretty worn out so I skipped it. It ended up being cancelled anyway.
Not sure if I'm going to ride or run tomorrow. I also want to get some yoga and / or strength training in this week. So much I want to do and not enough days ( or hours ) depending on how you look at it.
The running in Germany will be nice. I'm actually half tempted to try a half marathon in the late fall. Think I might be a little crazy, but it would be a fun feather to put in my cap. Maybe there's a Christmas time half marathon that we could do together, Caitlyn....
