Howdy,
Still fighting my cold :(
Felt slightly better yesterday: did an hour of yoga in the morning, then went to an hour and a half Ashtanga class in the evening.
Today I feel kinda yucky again (upset tummy, runny nose, starting to cough..) Just did 20 min on the stair climber and about 20 min of leg strength training. Plan to try and get to bed early again tonight so I can kick this thing before I leave for Germany.
Good for you with the Weight Watchers, Mom: I'm gonna hold you to it, you know! ;)
