SO DOWN. (For the half-marathon, that is) ;) We should do some looking and see if anyone is crazy enough to run outside at that time...
Gym day today: 30 min running with 3 part speed intervals then 30 min of weight training plyos.
I'm a cardio junkie too, Meghann, but I do know that the more strength stuff I do (via weight training and yoga), the easier my runs are...glad to hear the swimming's improving though!
